Agreement to these terms

By using DashAutoCredit, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the site only for lawful purposes.

Information service, not a lender

DashAutoCredit provides educational content and tools for finding dealerships. DashAutoCredit is not a bank, lender, credit union, automobile dealer, credit-repair organization, financial adviser, or law firm. We do not make credit decisions, set dealer prices, guarantee financing, or negotiate a transaction on your behalf.

Articles, rate tables, calculators, and search results provide general information. They are not financial, legal, tax, or credit-repair advice. Your eligibility, interest rate, payment, and other terms depend on the provider and your circumstances.

Dealer information and search results

Dealer records may come from public sources, third-party data, and our own collection process. Classifications indicate available data, not an endorsement or a promise that a dealer will approve a particular customer. Dealer programs, hours, inventory, contact details, and business status can change.

Confirm important information directly with the dealer. Inspect the vehicle, review the complete written contract, and independently evaluate any financing before committing money or transferring a trade-in.

Rates, estimates, and calculations

Published average rates describe broad market data and are not loan offers. Calculators and examples depend on the inputs and assumptions shown. Actual taxes, fees, insurance, interest calculations, lender rules, and payment schedules may produce a different result.

No content on the site guarantees approval, a particular APR, savings, credit-score improvement, vehicle availability, or dealer performance.

External websites and services

The site may link to dealerships, mapping services, government agencies, data publishers, or other companies. A link does not mean DashAutoCredit controls or endorses the linked site. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services.

Some links may become affiliate links in the future. If that occurs, appropriate disclosures will identify the commercial relationship. Editorial information will not be presented as a guaranteed or personalized recommendation.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, noncommercial research. You may not:

• Break a law, violate another person’s rights, or submit false or misleading information.
• Probe, bypass, damage, or interfere with site security, availability, or access controls.
• Use automated requests in a way that burdens the service or ignores published technical restrictions.
• Copy, republish, sell, or build a competing database from site content except where law expressly permits it.
• Impersonate DashAutoCredit, a dealer, a lender, or another person.

The DashAutoCredit name, original text, page designs, graphics, software, and site organization are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, and content belong to their respective owners. These terms give you permission to use the site, not ownership of its content.

Availability and changes

We may correct, update, suspend, or remove site content or features without notice. We do not promise that the site will always be available, current, complete, secure, or free of errors. We may restrict access when needed to protect the service or enforce these terms.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or accuracy. You remain responsible for decisions made using the site.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date appears at the top. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
